Bug Report - Using Tools (esp Redact tool) causes wheel of death. HELP

Hi I'm having continual issues with using the Redact and Combine tools. Whenever I use these tools and attempt to save the document, I get the wheel of death and have to force close Adobe. When I go to where I saved the document, I get an error message saying "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

    Please help us with the following information so we can understand the problem better:
    1.The Acrobat Dc dot version that you are using
    2.The platform (Win/Mac)
    3.A video recording of the issue
    4.The file on which this issue is reproducible
    5. Is the issue file specific/generic
