Thank you for your patience and sorry about the trouble caused.
We have released an update for Acrobat and Reader DC(version 21.001.20138) that contains the fix.
Please update the application to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Check for updates.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We are glad to inform that with our latest update, we have removed the To Do section completely. You can always access the requests/notifications from the Bell section located at top right of the application window. Please share your feedback on this.

By any chance, are you signed in on multiple devices? If you cannot retain the sign in status, please attach a video of the same and revert.An error occurred while saving the comment Girija Agarwala commentedFrom the screenshot shared, i can see that you are signed out. In our latest update, we have implemented a feature where in if you sign out, all the files in your recent file list will be cleared out to meet privacy concerns.

You can always remove _Redacted from the file name while saving -

Hi,
Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.For more information, please refer Release notes of the latest release.

-> The .png files that you are trying to convert (in case this is file specific)
-> A screenshot of the message that you are getting
