The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available
I have filled up a form using Foxit Reader. When I tried to open the form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC I got error "The document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document".
I tried some other PDF programs, no issue when opening this form.

Dear Acrobat support, WHAT is going on with this?? Apparently was flagged over a year and a half ago. I've now fallen victim to this problem as my employer has forced us to use Adobe Reader DC. (Alas they cheaped-out and dropped the Acrobat "Full" we were previously using).
I have to jump through considerable hoops now, to make any Comments on PDFs (which to be honest was the main reason we even use Adobe).
PLEASE. HELP.

What is going on with this issue? It still seems to be a huge problem with Adobe DC!! My son is trying to do his Eagle Project and a form that was previously fillable and partly done is now coming up with this error message. I found the form - shared it with him via the cloud. He opened it on a computer at the library and filled some in. It had a setting of save every five minutes chosen on the document preferences. When he got home, he opened it on his computer and filled out some more and was able to print what he needed to get a signature. Now when we open it on my computer to continue filling it out, we get the message above. Help!!!!
