all pdf docs open with the window maximized. no matter what setting I use, it will not open to non-maximized window!!!!!

I have the same problem!
What was the solution?
It is driving me NUTS - why do Adobe make this so hard!?

Hi,

Can you please update your acrobat to the latest version by checking from Help Menu -> check for updates and then try.
Also let me know the version no. of acrobat you are using.
