  2. Please provide an option to keep a stamp selected to use multiple times in a row. For instance, I use stamps to place checkmarks on documents and I have to click the stamp each time I want to place it as it deselects after every placement.

    Hi,
You can achieve this by pin tool option.
    Please find the steps:
    -Open any PDF
    -Load comment app
-Click on Stamp tool icon and then click on any stamp —> Stamp gets selected
-Click on the pin tool icon(see the attached snapshot for reference)
-Now apply stamp, it will not get deselected.

Kindly let us know if it helps or you need more info.

    Regards,
    Arvind Yadav

  3. Why default to yellow text on white background? It's impossible to read. Personally, some DARK themes would be desirable, i.e. yellow text on black background. Is a SIMPLE link to change SETTINGS in this regard?

  6. Create a right click utility option to be able to batch convert files to PDF without prompting for each document save. Your competitors have this feature and Adobe Acrobat should be able to do this without "actions" or other workarounds.

    Complete the following use case.

    1. Highlight multiple Office/Document files (even 50-100 is possible) 1A. Right click the documents
    2. Click "Batch Convert to PDF"
    3. A dialog opens, lists all selected files, has the ability to add new or remove files, asks where to save all PDFs and what settings such as PDF/A, quality, etc
    4. Have multiple conversion options such as "Convert…

  9. A tool for single click conversion of 2-column text to ingle column text would make the read out loud more useful. Have I missed such a tool? Does such a tool already exist? MS word read out loud evidently suffers from the same problem.

  11. New Acrobat Pro DC version no longer allows dragging the pdf icon from the top bar in directly into email.

Instead one must hit "share", WAIT..., then click "Send as attachment" then click "continue" to let it use the native email, then WAIT, then drag the pdf from that newly created email into the intended email.

  13. When creating a List structure, a "Create List..." menu/dialog box would be helpful. You could specify the number of levels and sublevels if need be, and Acrobat would automatically create the proper tag structure for that list. It is very tedious currently to manually create the tag structure with multiple levels.

  14. In form edit mode, using the Select Object Tool. When selecting a column of form objects (e.g. check boxes) ALL non form objects are selected, and the tool reverts to the Edit too. This renders it impossible to perform actions on the form objects alone

In the file, try and select a column of checkboxes to match the behaviour.

This worked fine before the last update, currently on 2019.021.20047

I would suggest removing the Edit tool from the Form Edit mode, it is not necessary. It is available in the PDF Edit mode.

When I want to work on form…

  16. When "Replace Document Colors" is used with multiple tabs (documents) open, the background will "window blind" as you scroll through the document. For example, if the background color has been changed to gray and a new PDF is opened in a tab, that PDF's background will have white, horizontal stripes as you scroll through that persist when scrolling stops. This only happens with the "Enable Scrolling" view option.

  17. SVG graphics have some helpful accessibility features. Is it possible to incorporate these into the PDF structure? This could be a big improvement in PDF accessibility.

  18. Why do you insist on killing the ease with which users can access options in Acrobat with your new feature "updates"

I used to be able to hit the mail icon in the top and attach to a mail file in an instant, now you've upgraded this "feature" by making it an expanding sidebar and burying the email option in drop-downs.

Stop thinking you are improving Adobe products when clearly you are not.

    This is pathetic.

  19. As the title states, the right-click context menu is not consistent when in the Accessibility Reading Order tool. For example, when right-clicking tables to access the Table Editor and/or Edit Table Summary views, those items are sometimes not available.

With the Table Editor you can still at least access the floating Reading Order window to click open the Table Editor. However, when the Edit Table Summary menu item disappears (they always disappear in pairs), I have to manually save the PDF to refresh its context menu. Sometimes I have to close out completely. It appears random. I can go for…

  20. When I drag a box around the text Adobe isn't marking it as a reading order item. Sometimes if I drag it a second time it works, but sometimes it doesn't.
