Killing Acrobat with "updates"
Why do you insist on killing the ease with which users can access options in Acrobat with your new feature "updates"
I used to be able to hit the mail icon in the top and attach to a mail file in an instant, now you've upgraded this "feature" by making it an expanding sidebar and burying the email option in drop-downs.
Stop thinking you are improving Adobe products when clearly you are not.
This is pathetic.
Hi,
Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (19.021.20049) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. You may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.
More information about this release is here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html
Please try it out and let us know your feedback!
Thanks for your patience and support!
Regards,
Arvind

How does this help us, exactly?
We're all very tired of paying through the nose for such sub-standard apps.
if it was beta-tested by anyone who had the slightest clue Adobe wouldn't be in this mess.
The app is broken. It needs to be fixed. Fix it.

What needs to happen is - the mail icon at the top is set up with MY PREFERENCES which are to immediately attach the file to a new Mac Mail message.
I do not need the incredibly laborious task of moving all the way to the lower right of my screen to click one button only to have to click further buttons to achieve what I was able to do from a simple drop down previously.
Please fix this mess immediately.
And in future, you need to ensure that real world beta testers are used. Do not make decisions yourselves as is clearly the issue with most Adobe apps these days.
Fix it.

The mail/share feature is truly the worst. I only use this program to email files. Going through extra steps just ****** me off with every email I have to send. It’s so users un-friendly. As soon as I find another method to send my proof this program will be gone.

Looking into the "issue" isn't going to help solve why anyone at Adobe decided to make the software more difficult to use. Will be using alternatives to Acrobat because clearly it isn't the professional tool I require to get proofs out to my clients easily and efficiently.
