Easy edit of toolbar
I can't see/figure out how to add the "sign pdf" icon into the main toolbar. Frustrating to click 3-4 times to just get that "tool" to show up.

Jeff--thanks for your comment. Your solution worked. I simply wanted to quickly sign a PDF digitally. It seems, however, that the icon available under "certificates" is a different than the "sign" icon that is available through the normal "fill & sign" section of "tools". That "sign" icon allows for a different experience in signing (e.g., drag and drop of your signature). I can't find that "sign" icon through the approach you mentioned below. But, I think I can live with the Certificate>Digitally Sign approach (although it seems to allow only for a static size in the document).

Not sure what you mean by "sign pdf," but it is possible to add any of a group of sign tools to the toolbar. Just go to the toolbar, move to a blank are and right click. Select the "gear" customize Quick Tools; then scroll down to Certificates, click and a group of possible sign tools is available. Highlight a desired tool, then click on the "circle plus sign with Up arrow" icon on the right. Your tool will then show in the quick tool toolbar of the dialog box. Use the triangle arrows at the top of the dialog box to position your sign icon relative to other tools. Then click save at the bottom of the dialog box. The selected tool will then show up in the actual quick tool toolbar.
