The latest iteration of Adobe DC 9/14/23 I downloaded today ( wdw 11 - 64 bit)
is the most unfriendly and useless piece of garbage you've ever produced. I will try to uninstall and re-install an older version because this new version is worthless.

You know, I feel sorry for these folks out there that are in the middle of some work. How in the world did adobe think this would be a great idea. Up until May 29, 2023 I was extremely busy with any engineer project requiring edification of plans. Good thing you didn't mess me up at that time. But fortunately I have SODA PDF, that's a life saver. Actually, it functions much better than your really great old adobe version. So now how do I get my money refunded? Oh and guess what I can call SODA and they pick up right away. So tell me how to get my refund.

If fact I used the old version up until a few days ago. What gives with you people?

Your new adobe acrobat is very bad. So I'll be cancelling my subscription and use Soda PDF.

I feel like getting robbed for a tool that I don't need and that is extremely expensive. Sign up for the 1-month trial to see if it was helping me or not, forgot about it and now I have to pay 20 something per month for a full year for something that I don't need. So many other good options out there... Plus I get signed off all the time and now I just got a new computer it took me 10 minutes to find where to download the software for the desktop. Adobe sucks...

Every time i attempt to use ADOBE it asks me for an **** swab.

Whoever "upgraded" Acrobat should get fired! It was a mess before, now it got worse.... Cannot find even the lacking tools that were in it prior... Like text with the border around it. It is getting way less intuitive... and way less usable.... What a mess!!!!!

your entire app sucks. and it keeps crashing. and it sucks when it doesnt crash. Fix this **** you guys are better than this

I don't have to pay for my elegant Linux Mint OS or Ubuntu OS laptops' PDF software- (which also happens to be user-friendly). I use Fox-it on my WIndows11 laptop. The Microsoft Monopoly operating system also provides a Microsoft, proprietary PDF app/software package. Why not use that when forced to use Windows OS on the job?

Sadly, and aggravatingly, I am forced to use Acrobat on my Windows OS craptop to perform my State of Texas (ugh) job. I would never choose Adobe Acrobat. It is still the basic original (from the early 1980's?), with additions and overlays of modifications added to appear to be current and competitive. Acrobat is impossible to manage properly, easily, or efficiently. As a user one has little control over their own documents. In my job, ALL DOCUMENTS automatically download in Acrobat and are not convertible, other than by copying and pasting, into new Word or LibreOffice documents. In short, it is incomprehensible that anyone, any business, any concern, anywhere on this planet would choose this **** software.

I have to ask, "Are the people who buy Acrobat being scammed, deceived, promised performance that is inconsistent with actual Acrobat
capabilities?" Acrobat is old, user unfriendly, and incredibly inflexible. This is not 1985. I don't get it! Do entities sign long-term contracts with the promise of updates and improvement that never materialize? Fishy, suspicious, sospechoso. And proof that only a small minority of beings have the insight to question or challenge the status quo. No wonder we and the planet are in such peril.

I'm no genius. And certainly I am not sufficiently insightful to understand how it is that beings, so limited in intelligence and awareness as are we, have managed to survive to create such a mess of things- large and small!

5yrs later, Adobe has turned its monopoly into a major cash machine (subscriptions) before the lobbyists at the top grow old and die. This is the same reason why Microsoft still lasts. They were there first and got the market share. To migrate out of Microsoft could put you six feet under. And I'm talking about places like hospitals. We all now have to succumb to their diabolical ways and there's nothing we can do about it. As hard as I've tried to stay away from Adobe, I find it impossible for digital designers. 🤷🏼‍♂️😡 Affinity is my first choice, but there's so much out there in Adobe's format that you can't get away. Again, like being stuck in Microsoft World. 😵 OK Microsoft people, take your shot.

Adobe Acrobat does not work, I use this program everyday. But in the last month or so it wont open its own files, very frustrated, I my cancel my Subscription Again

Can Adobe please stop dumping their ******** shortcuts my desktop! Their desktops might look like a clusterfuck of shortcuts I don't work in such a backward manner. Idiots

I hate Adobe acrobat and wish it was another program for pdf.

I just find Reader the worst designed mainstream app out there. With such limited functions, how did they manage to keep it absolutely a mess? I hate that tool pane, and the large bezel/frame that takes up the screen. Absolutely terrible zoom scaling, "vanishing" and unpredictable scroll buttons and not to mention how you could get lost in there with an accidental click. Try "Home". I just want to comfortably read and use PDFs. Why make it so hard after a gazillion updates and versions?

Really poor business practices. I only needed the Adobe Acrobat program for a one time progect, and now they want to charge me almost $80 to cancel the app. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Rip Off Report!

adobe does suck especially the help section as they do not know what they are doing and always put the phone down when they cannot understand the problem even when sharing screens. HOW BAD IS THAT

Adobe Acrobat is awful!!! Can't open, share or send files that I had saved as a pdf. Hate it!!!!!!

Adobe really ********* with 64 bit lightroom and photoshop releases. And i am not talking about creative cloud **** here. And yes, acrobat dc really sucks.
