took a pretty big step backwards in all aspects - clean layout, merging and editing files, creating pdfs, even just saving a file. Overall pretty poor job with this "update." I recommend scrapping and starting over or just not changing what you already had.

Just terrible! It won't open on a MacBook 90% of the time... you have to do some BS zoom function.

This product could not have been vetted at all. It is the most cumbersome useless piece of software. Its only useful function is to view a pdf. Anything beyond that is a complete waste of time. Editing and commenting with a red pen on paper and scanning is way more efficient. Adobe used to have a good product and was my product of choice. Not anymore. Looking for alternate products for the company to utilize. I suggest Adobe do an about face quick and get back to what they once had or they will soon enter the dust bin of history real soon.

Just unloaded DC, trying Foxit instead, seems to have more features than Adobe. Very fast also.
Adobe made a huge mistake on this one. -

Let me just add that I too hate Acrobat DC if only I could go back to the older version. Stop acting like Microsoft and adding unnecessary complexity to a system that was working well. Now like the others who commented before me it is adding so much time to what was a quick and simple task. Go backward please, don't go forwards with this.

And yet another issue with this pile of garbage that is Acrobat DC - where in god's name do I add printer marks now? Used to be a piece of cake, now I can't find any info on this anywhere. Thank you so much for making me loathe my job of 15 years - I'm just loving all the extra unnecessary stress!! Maybe you people ought to try actually using your product for professional purposes prior to making any more "improvements"?

Worst UI ever! Thanks, Adobe, for making my job a nightmare now. Tools. Everything is at least twice as cumbersome and convoluted as before. Who thought this was an improvement? I hope they've been sacked.

I am not going to waste time by explaining why this program sucks since you didn't bother to put any time into designing it.

Adobe went from fantastic to 100% garbage in one step. At least microsoft spent years making their product worse. Adobe took the fast track, if they were a start up they wouldn't last a week.
P.S. - Your customer service title 'Customer Success Manager' is hilarious, you are anything but!

It really does. They removed the multiple signature capability so they can get paid subscribers for their "cloud" signature service. Scummy about describes it

Acrobat DC really sucks. Please go back to Acrobat 10, at least for layout/looks/functions. I am looking for other products available online that will replace Acrobat DC. No kidding, I really hate working with Acrobat DC, and I want it gone from all my office computers.

Terrible design - been using adobe for many years but will try to find another option. Tasks that use to be simple like extracting pages from a document are now nightmares. Old version: Print PDF to Desktop with specified pages. New version: sign into adobe cloud (find password) upload document (wait while uploading). Go into bizarre legoland where each page must be manually deleted (couldn't find inclusive pages feature). Once pages are manually deleted then download document - whoops! My edited document (tax return) is now shared with my laboratory in the legoland workspace. Hope I deleted it... maybe not. This was after trying to convert pdf to MS Word and work in that environment - but conversion fails with tables. Now more than one hour into figuring out the page extraction, maybe successful. Enjoy your Adobe User Experience!

This is awful!!!!!!!! Please change is BACK. It is not user friendly. You cannot remove thumbnails or drag one thumbnail from one doc to the next. It's horrible. I hate it!!!

Adobe Reader used to be a reference app on my Mac for PDF. Now no print to PDF, counter intuitive UI, slow and bloated. Some government form filling requires it but then we cannot share the result with anyone. One of the most horrible examples of modern software.

It is impossible to mark up documents. Totally counterintuitive not at all user friendly. It is deplorable.

it’s amazing how PDF was supposed to be OS independent. Remember Portalble Document Format?!?! I have a adobe form that produces the “You must have a Windows or Mac Computer to open this”. Are you frigging kidding me! So if I’m on a chrome book, chrome box, ipad, tablet or Linux based computer I’m hunting around for a ****** PC just to install WINDOWS to fill in a form that isn’t supported on these platforms.... Adobe you’ve sunk to an all time low. BTW the adobe reader on the ipad, the app developed by Adobe also produces the same output....
