good morning one and all.
once productive and once happy licensed user prior 1996, and until the advent of windows 10 nothing but issue after issue. since 2016 full-pro version spends eclipse $2200, again to no avail. since constantly having to reload all after windows o/s updates and like. written requests go unanswered, updates fail to materialise, so much for loyalty. but there's hope folks limping-along with a trusty acrobat 6 workaround reload in distiller-mode gets you there without the freezes and crashes and features as to creating/exporting/editing/total-tool function as originally intended. and please i would dearly appreciate any "news" as to any modern-day fix re current product(s). thanks -

Awful software. Always has been, always will be. Been working in IT for 20 years, and this piece of junk has been the source of many issues and complaints (crashes, CPU load, installing junk-ware). I wish the world would stop using it.

Using Adobe Acrobat is one of the least pleasant experiences I've ever had with a program and I work in software development.
When a messy, confusing, un-intuitive, infuriating program -

Adobe used to be a great product. Not anymore. First their "new" version clearly did not had the user in mind. It was software written only for the software developers themselves. Then lately I have experienced the nightmare with their licenses. For me it has been a huge inconvenience and waste of time until I got the license issue resolved. If the goal Adobe has been to humiliate and turn off their users, they have done a magnificent job!.

I have Acrobat Pro DC. I have made a certified digital signature, but I have spent more than an hour trying to find out how to place this in my file. Adobe help is NO HELP! Sure, they show you how to type in a signature, but this is not what I want. I have used freeware that supports this better than what I'm paying for now

Hi Jane,
I'm still linked to this chain and see the comments. Regarding your comment/question: Does anyone over there care at all? What is wrong with you guys?. If you look at the top of the chain for "Adobe Sucks" you will see that this "Feature request/Bug Report" was "DECLINED" on March 04, 2019. In other words, last March Adobe quit looking at this chain. So in answer to your question, No, no one at Adobe cares at all--at least not about anything in this chain of complaints. (Sorry, I may not have use the right terminology (i.e. chain) in this post.) -

Does Adobe care thing one that literally a suggestion that says "Adobe SUCKS" has hundreds of comments more than any other comment - with a chorus of complaints about usability changes and deteriorating functionality? Does anyone over there care at all? What is wrong with you guys? Seriously?

My Adobe 2011 was awesome! Easy to use, intuitive, FAST. Pro DC is the opposite. I find that I am having to Google how to do simple tasks that were a no-brainer before. Sad.

Adobe is over-rated. With the present technology it is unnecessary. It is also user unfriendly. Like so many gimmick programs Adobe wants to take control of your computer and sell you a bill of goods you really do not need. The updates are ridiculous. Every day there is an update. You cannot disable the updates but you can certainly hide them; so time is not wasted downloading.
