Flip (i.e. 180º) page rotation
Please add a Flip (i.e. 180º) page rotation icon to page thumbnails pane and as a menu command

Did you try the existing Rotate functionality? Right click on the page thumbnail and select Rotate Pages. From the dropdown, select 180 degrees and Press OK.
Let us know if that works.
