permanently hide menu bar (File, edit, view, window, help) permanently
How to permanently hide menu bar (File, edit, view, window, help) permanently (presently, when i press F9, it disappear, but when i re-open that document or any other pdf document, again that menu bar (File, edit, view, window, help) appears on screen and i never use it mostly, so can you please help me to hide menu bar (File, edit, view, window, help) permanently ? beacause my monitor screen is shorter and in that foxit pdf reader has best option to customize user interface. but i want to use adobe acrobat dc only so can you please help to give any option selection in adobe acrobat dc pro where i can permenently hide menu bar ((File, edit, view, window, help) raw line completely?
benefit of this is user will get more space on document visibility, as this menu bar usage never happen mostly being reader work in adobe acrobat dc. if you see foxit reader, then it has customize option to give more visibility on document view by hiding tab, customizing tool ribbon shift on upper side. if above option implemented then, menu bar ((File, edit, view, window, help) raw horizontal line will be removed and home, tool horizontal pane will shift to upper side inplace of menu bar((File, edit, view, window, help)).can you please help on this?

Absolutely necessary. I don't want to see lots of extraneous panels, bars, menus. These are not conveniences, they are intrusions. I want to see my document as it looks by itself, not surrounded by lots of tool stuff.
