Bought and installed TC, says trial expired, won't take TC serial number
I bought and installed TC on my old computer. I think I deactivated it on the old computer when I purchased a new one and installed it on my new computer. Every time I open Acrobat, it tells me my trial has expired but it won't accept the TC serial number as valid.
Tried the help desk on a weekend and they were unable to assist.
I thought it had to do with the computer having Acrobat preinstalled, so I deinstalled everything and reinstalled TC. Still having the same issue. VERY ANNOYING.
