Acrobat Pro DC doesn't show Save As options when saving

The "Save As" option is not working, doesn't show the options and saving files is impossible.

We’re sorry for the trouble you had with Acrobat, what is the dot version of Acrobat installed? To identify, refer to https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Would you please share the exact steps performed to reproduce the issue? It will be good if you can share the video recording of the issue.
