Consider hiring a proofreader so users can understand you. On this page I found "If you are still using Acrobat 11.x or other older versions, please note that those are no more supported by Adobe. Try out the latest, Acrobat DC.

I am not a proofreader but I can tell those sentences have issues with English grammar that affects their clarity. As a tech company surely you want to convey to users that you pay attention to detail, are smart, intelligent, and know proper grammar. As it is now, that is not the impression one gets.
