ACROBAT DC HAS CRASHED TWICE TONIGHT AS I AM WORKING ON A VERY DETAILED PROJECT. THE FIRST TIME MY WORK WAS SUCCESSFULLY RESTORED, THIS TIME MY WORK IS COMPLETELY GONE. I HAVE JUST LOST 3 HOURS OF WORK I NOW HAVE TO DO ALL OVER AGAIN. I AM RUNNING ON A BRAND NEW MacBook Pro AND THE LATEST VERSION OF ADOBE ACROBAT DC.

Could you please let us know if the issue started after the latest Acrobat update on 11th Feb, 2020? Also, could you please provide us the crash log to debug the issue further?
Please follow the steps to send the crash report to us:
1. Click “Report” on the dialog that appears when a Acrobat crashes on Mac, see "MacCrashDialog1.png" for reference.
2. Copy (and save as a text file) all the texts under “Problem Details and System Configuration" on the dialog that appears next, see "MacCrashDialog2.png" for reference.
3. Upload the above text file on any cloud storage and share the link of that with us.
We will try to analyse the crash logs on priority once you share the info with us.
