Remove the 'Home', 'Tools', 'Document' buttons.
Again, these buttons seem to me that they belong on the main tool bar, instead of wasting tons of space on the 'customizable' quick access tool bar. Why are they there? i don't know.
It seems to me, that adobe has a lot of programmers with ideas, but no adobe test users, to let them know, whether the idea is good or bad.
Adobe: please don't rely on us, the general user, to give you feedback to do that job for you. We all have work to do, and want to get it done fairly quickly. We don't want to end up frustrated with new additions, that ended up being a bad idea. Thanks.

Yes, kindly move the "Home", "Tools" and "Documents" buttons to the menubar, where there is ample space doing nothing (please see the attached image to see what I am suggesting)!
This will create more space for the workspace.
