Be able to zoom in and out with the mouse wheel like Dynamic zoom, then grab the page with the left mouse button
When using the Dynamic zoom tool, you cant grab the page to move it unless you switch back to the hand tool. The left mouse button also zooms in and out. It could be used instead to grab the page to navigate around. This would make Adobe Acrobat Pro DC more efficient for Viewing large documents like architectural plans. The pages are so big that the current zoom options become cumbersome.

My acrobat files are mostly musical charts that come in different schemes. Having a dynamic zoom feature set as a default preference would allow sectional zooming of each as I am playing.
