for 2 days Acrobat Reader Pro ask me to login --did not need to previously
For 2 days in a row i have to provide my login when I restart / start Adobe Reader Pro for which I have a Cloud Subscription.
After doing so.. I get the message taht it is now LIcensed on my account... (but it was already so.. for the last year ++)
It there something you have changed? If so -- repair.
Or tell me how to provide this information in such a way that it will remember it.
Sorry to hear that this is impacting you. To isolate the root cause and fix it, we need the Acrobat logs from your machine. Could you please download and run the log collector tool on your machine. Post that please share the file generated via sharable link or attach it here.
I've had the same issue for weeks now, so annoying. I can't find any forum solutions that work. Fix it, please!
