Let us create action to split PDF by top level bookmark and use bookmark names for file names.

Although this is a good suggestion it is still too limited in scope. We need several options to the file naming. Bookmarks as a prefix or suffix or actual file name. The original filename should also be an option for prefix, suffix or "core" file name. Just need some options. Having to manually edit every file name that is output by the split consumes any time saved by using the split function.
