exported xlxs file or doc file from pdf file is messed up

please see attached pdf file and the converted file in MS excel and MS word. PC win10 user here.

Hi Akanksha, we only receive that document as a pdf file and has no access to the original document. is there any way the conversion can be enhanced, its the reason why we subscribed to the paid version of your software but getting undesirable result.

Hi Criss,

Thank you for reporting the issue. The attached PDF is a scanned document with live/renderable text in it. Since Export PDF works on heuristics, it exported the renderable or live text in one column and other scanned data at other places which messed up the output. Can you please try exporting with either fully scanned document or with only live document(may be original document)
