Alt text as searchable content in PDFs

Would love for alt text to be part of the searchable text in Acrobat's "Find" function—whether that's alt text that's been added in Acrobat as a tag or has been set up prior in another program (like INDD).

    You can easily see this if you use the Set Alternate Text tool in the Accessibility Toolset. It allows you to cycle through everything that should have alt-text to see what the entries are.
