Hi I have purchased Adobe but its not opening and reflecting my payments. It keeps telling me that I must sign out and sign in again and I have but still not working

I'm paying for an EXPENSIVE service, but Acrobat won't let me take advantage or get any value or utility for the difficulties created by pseudo "security".
They only hinder the user who wants to use the services he has already paid for.
Simplify this "********" and unlock the access to convert PDF to Word/Excel and translation.
