Links Broken after uploading to Adobe Sign
I have a PDF that conforms to the 1.6 pdf standard. The pdf contains 4 links that link to other pages within the same document. When the document is uploaded to Adobe Sign and sent for signature and re-downloaded, there are 2 problems with it:
- The number of annotation links is doubled.
- The initial links are all broken.
I have attached a copy of the original document and the document after its uploaded to adobe sign and sent for signature.
Repro Steps:
1. Open "Initial.pdf" and use the "request a signature" menu to send it to Adobe Sign.
2. Send it to a valid email and have the user sign the document.
3. Download the signed pdf.
4. Observe
Expected:
The links within the pdf function as before.
Actual:
The links have been changed to URLs which point to incorrect locations.

Correction: Only the first link is broken.
Also an additional note: DEST object in the first Link annotation on page 2 points to an indirect Destination object. The second link on page 2 has a DEST object that is directly defined in the Link annotation.
