Acrobat blocks editing due to secured document, but no security policies are on document
When I attempt to edit the document, I receive the following message:
"This is a secured document. Editing is not permitted."
When I look at the document's security settings, they are all disabled.
Tests I have tried:
- Downloading and testing the same document on another device - could not replicate
- Downloading and testing a different PDF on this device - could not replicate
- Re-installing Acrobat on the affected device - no change
