As a Document Cloud admin, I want to be able to control via the registry the exact day and week each month Adobe Reader and/or Acrobat DC performs the check for the update.

For example, most updates are released on the second Tuesday of the month. To add QA contingency, I would like the ability to perform the auto update check on the 4th or 1st Tuesday of the month.

This will enable a QA group who receives the updates on the same day as they are available, the other group will receive the updates 1 or 2 weeks later after QA is performed.
