Description:
While editing Tag layer to insert Actual Text for headings in the Tag Properties window, the copy/paste is pasting text from another area of the page instead of the selected text.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Tagging layer and navigate to a single tag on a page.
2. Double-click the text to copy from the document, and then use Cmd-C to copy to clipboard.
3. Right-click on the tag to edit and then select Properties. Select the Tag tab in the Object Properties popup window.
4. Paste the selected text into the Actual Text field. Pasted text is correct.
5. Close the Object Properties window to save the change.
6. Now, any subsequent copy/paste of newly selected text on the page is incorrect. Text copied to the clipboard is taken from a different area of the document. Looks like it's close in proximity to the selected text, but might be offset by the size/length of the originally selected text that was pasted into the Actual Text field (i.e. an indexing problem).
