Dock the Quick Action Floating Toolbar
The quick action floating toolbar cannot be moved or docked, which means it is constantly hovering over the document, covering the upper left corner of the document. There should be an option to move or dock this toolbar so that users can view their documents unobstructed.

SO MUCH THIS. The floating toolbar is constantly in the way, and I end up having to zoom entirely too far in just to be able to read what is happening in the area where the toolbar is... if it just auto docked to the left and did not cover the document there would be no issue. For whatever reason, google chrome spits out print to PDF as landscape which makes all the text on the page quite small, so to be able to even read it I have to zoom in, but once you zoom in the toolbar covers the document and then you cannot read. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING.

As another commentor suggested:
- Allow the toolbar to be docked on the right panel
- Enable the toolbar to automatically minimize when not in use -

It can be moved but I shouldn't have to play musical chairs with the toolbar as I try see the stuff on my screen. please move it to the side of the screen, completely off the canvas so that it is it not in the way any more, how silly it is for adobe to put a toolbar in the middle of the canvas that cannot be turned off docked somewhere out of the way?????

Definitely this. I don't understand why you'd want to have it always cover up part of your documents...
