This happens after opening a PDF in Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20991 | 64-bit).
This error is received after opening a PDF in Acrobat. I have run the add/remove programs > Modify > repair program and am still getting the error. I tried to run a repair on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it only has the remove option. Checking for updates reports that everything is up to date.

I am terribly frustrated with Acrobat DC. I have full Adobe Creative Suite and the feedback landing page says that I am using an old version (11.x). Creative Cloud says I do have latest version. I am setting up a new very fast gaming ASUS computer running Windows 11 Home, with 32GB RAM and, 1 TB SSD and AMD Ryzen 9 processor. But I cannot edit or comment on any file. The Acrobat DC is slow to load and authenticate despite my having high speed Internet. Please help.
By the way, the new layout version layout is hard to get used to, not very friendly for old schoolers.
PS: After reverting to the Old Acrobat and repairing the installation, I was able to edit the document. My DC version is: 2024.003.20054 64-bit

This only happens with me fwhen opening from a shared folder. One drive files open without error.
