File Explorer not showing preview

Why is File Explorer not showing a preview of my pdf files?

I can see a preview in my outlook program but not in File Explorer.
I have only just downloaded a Adobe to a new laptop - Device name MS Surface Pro 11.
Processor Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100 @ 3.40 GHz 3.42 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
