Let me use AI Assistant
I want to use the AI Assistant, and I pay for an Adobe subscription, but for months my Windows Adobe Pro keeps telling me that my account is ineligible for the AI Assistant.
Please include a button so I can pay to upgrade, rather than just telling me I can't use the AI Assistant.

Count your lucky stars that you don't have it. It behaves like a virus and is not really capable of doing anything that requires anything more than a pre-school education, about the only thing it's good for is interruptions.

I understand your frustration — it’s always disappointing when you’re ready to use a feature, but the software simply says you’re not eligible without offering a clear upgrade path. That’s one thing I like about platforms like ChatGPT — you can start using AI immediately, without complicated eligibility rules or hidden steps. If you’d like to try an AI assistant that’s simple, fast, and accessible, you can use it here: https://chatgpt.net.pk/

Same here—I've been paying for Adobe Pro on Windows for months, but it keeps telling me I’m not eligible for the AI Assistant, with no clear upgrade path. Honestly, it’s frustrating. In the meantime, I’ve been using https://chatgpt-gratis.it/ for quick AI help. It’s based on GPT-4.1, works great in multiple languages (including Italian), and best of all, no login needed. Would still love Adobe to just give us an upgrade button though.
