When I close the lid on my MBP M1 while Acrobat is still open then the computer gets uncomfortably hot... When I investigated why this was I found that Acrobat was using up resources and is likely responsible for this. The battery dropped by 12% over 30-40 min while Mac was asleep when usually it doesn't drop at all over such a short duration.
