PDF text disappears in Acrobat Application but opens fine in Acrobat for web

Does anyone else have this issue of opening a PDF in the Acrobat application, and the text disappears, but when you open it in the Acrobat for web or in the preview app, its totally fine. Like what am I paying $25 a month for if the Web version is more reliable.

Have tried to do all the suggested check for updates/ embed text/ remove security settings etc etc but still haven't been able to get it to work

    Hi,

    We have rolled out fix for this issue. Please update Acrobat to the latest version and try opening the pdf files.

    Thanks for posting you issue to Adobe. Team is investigating this issue and rolling out the fix on priority. Would it be possible for you to share some test pdf files which are having issues with us for investigation.
