Old Versions of Files Being Sent to Sign
I use Adobe to create forms for our business and to send estimates to clients. Recently, every time I sent a form to a client to sign, it sends an old version of the document to the client. The only way to even tell that this is happening is to view the PDF version that it sends to my own email. This has caused many problems with my business lately. I am constantly having to cancel documents immediately after sending them because an old version of the file was sent. Also, if anyone uses the signature feature from Adobe, you know that it can take minutes for Adobe to load and to pull up the document that you want.
