Blue Basic fares are JetBlue's most restrictive and generally 1-808-865-4114non-refundable and non-changeable after the 24-hour cancellation period. If you cancel a Blue Basic fare, you'll receive a travel credit minus a cancellation fee: $100 for flights within the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America, and $200 for all other routes.
