I recently purchased an AI Assistant subscription through my education account, not realizing that this feature is not supported under that type of account. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but there is no record of the transaction under my purchases, and I am unable to access the service.
I have also been unable to find a way to file a complaint or request a refund through the platform. Could you please advise me on how I can proceed with obtaining a refund?

good luck, i've been trying to get them to stop double-charging my card for six months.
