Accessibility Features converting wrong from Word to PDF
Formerly we would save from Word to PDF Using "Save As" - Options - PDF/A and the accessible settings would hold.
Currently that is not true and creates additional errors. If we save using the generic "Save as Adobe PDF" the Accessible features carry over fine.
We have documentation out on the first procedure so it would be nice to have it fixed. It worked wonderfully in the past.

This is a major problem for me. It does not carry over alt text or reading order from the word document. When creating job guides that are 30+ pages long, this is a major hassle and creates a significant amount of redundancy. Please fix ASAP.
