Subject:
Pages are rotated 180 degrees when printing to PDF with "Multiple pages per sheet"
Body:
Product: Adobe Acrobat Pro
Version: 25.1.20693.0
OS: Windows 11
Summary:
When using the "Print to Adobe PDF" feature on a PDF created from PowerPoint, the "Multiple pages per sheet" option (2 pages, landscape orientation) causes the page content in the output PDF to be incorrectly rotated by 180 degrees (upside down). This issue was observed in a VMware virtual environment.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a presentation with landscape-oriented slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2021) and save it as a PDF.
Open the generated PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
Go to File > Print.
In the Print dialog box, select Adobe PDF as the printer.
Under the "Page Sizing & Handling" section, select Multiple.
Configure the settings as follows:
Pages per sheet: 2
Page order: Horizontal
Orientation: Landscape
Click the Print button.
Choose a destination, name the file, and save the new PDF.
Open the newly created PDF file to view the result.
Expected Results:
The output PDF should display two pages from the original document side-by-side on a single landscape sheet, with the content of each page maintaining its correct, original orientation.
Actual Results:
While the overall sheet is landscape, the content of each individual page within the new PDF is rotated by 180 degrees, appearing upside down.
