How do I get the toolbar to default to last settings?
Allow adobe acrobat to default to last settings. I use pan and rectangle fill for highlighting when reviewing drawings but the toolbar always defaults back to Select instead of pan, and Draw instead of rectangle. There used to be an option to "Make handtool the default tool". That is now gone. Why doesn't Adobe just default to your last settings across the board?

...Not just the tool bar but ALL of Acrobat. Not everyone uses this tool to look at written documents. For instance, we are now using it (instead of Foxit) for reviewing drawings so the comments window is not needed and is a constant irritant. To satisfy everyone, just store all user settings to all of your variables and reload them each time Acrobat is open. Those who like the comments window always open will always have it open. Those of us who do not, won't see it until we activate it. This tool should be customizable to the user's needs. Acrobat should remember the users last settings.
