Sudden Payroll Update Failure: Is My Subscription Still Active?
I download my payroll updates every Tuesday. This morning, when I tried to update, I received the PS038 error, and my payroll service status is showing as 'Inactive,' even though I just renewed it last week. My next payroll needs to be processed tomorrow morning at 9 AM!
