All Tools menu disappears
The All Tools, Edit, Convert, Esign menu is disappearing as soon as you click any of the menu items or tabs. Tried updating the computer and adobe, restarting, nothing is solving the issue.

We are having the same problem in our department. I did find that if you right click on the document you are editing, you can see some options but not all. Disabling "New Version" also helps. Also, this just started happening to us on 06/18/2026.

I thought I was just having this problem-no resolution yet. very frustrated! I click to digitally sign documents for work and whole tools list disappears. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED

Go to the VIEW, click on the disable the new version (I think), when you click on this it will revert to the old version which will allow you to use the tools.

Im having the same issue - the Edit tools disappear completely hence I am unable to edit any documents and need this to be rectified URGENTLY for my tasks.
Kindly assist to expedite in resolving this issue as my colleague is facing the same as well. Already update & restart but still persists. -

I have the same issue. My IT dept suggested Preferences > Generative AI > un-check Enable. Tried that and restarted my laptop and still have the same issue.
