  1. Adobe Sign adds a blank page after every page on imported Google Documents. I didn't find Adobe Sign as an option so I filed this under Acrobat. When we save the document to Word docx the problem does not occur.

    Thanks for reporting this. Can you please elaborate on your problem, with steps to reproduce the issue? Also, please share a screenshot/bugfile, if possible, that demonstrates the issue.

  2. Description of Desired Feature:
    Enhance Adobe Sign for Salesforce so that any custom message entered when sending an agreement is also visible within:

    The sender’s confirmation email
    CC recipient notification emails

    Currently, the custom message is only displayed to the primary agreement recipient/signer.

    Why the Feature is Needed:
    This would improve visibility and consistency of communications for all parties involved in the agreement process. Senders and CC recipients often need to reference the original message content for context, auditability, and internal coordination. At present, they cannot see the message that was sent to the signer unless separately copied manually.

  3. A document is electronically signed with Adobe, then downloaded from the email confirmation. Upon opening the downloaded document I find that there are now random letters missing from words throughout the document and the date format is DD/MM/YYYY when the original document has date format MM/DD/YYYY which causes unnecessary confusion. Adobe should be a fine tuned professional tool that doesn't have issues like this. I wish there was a better option out there for PDFs, I am so sick of Adobe being so difficult and time consuming to use. I'm at my wits end - you make me want to…

  4. When using the Desktop App, Fill and Sign feature, you click through to the end, but the 'send' button will not press. You have to go through the Web App which is a massive inconvenience.
    Please fix this.

  7. I can see that the documents have been sent to recipient on the Adobe audit trail, but they have not been received by recipients. This is not first time. please advise.
