   In the/my newest update of Acrobat Reader, the button to send the pdf as attached to email has now become a "Share button" and now requires an extra click in order to send the pdf attached to an email. As far as I can see, there's no way to enable Reader to do this by default. In my opinion this is a downgrade, as I /only/ send attached pdf, never share links.
   Could you either reverse the change or make it possible to make my choice as default option.

3. Line break in email links

   Adobe acrobat has an error when the shared hyperlink breaks when the URL is too long causing an error for the recipient of the shared PDF. This is from the in app share function. I have seen this issue consistently on Outlook both online and the desktop app.

7. Level up to Ziflow

   Please, please get more dynamic in the file types that can be nteractively proofed in Acrobat. Ziflow is ****... but it has the capabilities and integrations you do not. Would really save me and everyone in our organization a ton of money and stress if you could do, at least, as much as Ziflow.

9. bring back simple email share

   Please bring back the simple, 1-click email sharing! I don´t need all this cloud functionality. I just want a button that immediately opens my email app and sends the pdf right out of your acrobat. Your cloud stuff forces me uncountable times to delete accidentially cloud uploads.

11. Sharing by Outlook bug

    Bug when sharing files directly from Adobe Acrobat Pro by Outlook email. It opens the old Outlook app to send the email, but the email is never sent/received by anyone. Windows 11 Enterprise.

12. Email bug

    I want to email a PDF like I used to - right out of Outlook. Now the only thing I can send is a crummy link to Adobe Cloud, which I DO NOT WANT. I used to have a choice of either my email or send a link. Now there is no choice. This is more cumbersome than it used to be and is the most important of the many bugs. If these things could be corrected, it would save me a lot of time.

14. Pageless Format

    More people are keeping their files digital and don't intend to print. It's preferable that we simply share links to a webpage or cloud document that is meant to be scrolled through.. but many professionals still insist on emailing file attachments because they are comfortable creating Word Docs or Google Docs, but have no idea how to create a webpage.
    PDFs continue to be the file format of choice for portable documents. Some document editing apps, such as Google Docs, have evolved to allow pageless document view - functioning like an endless scrolling web page or an eBook. Exporting a long document to PDF can be jarring when suddenly important content is interrupted by an awkward page break. It's time for Adobe Acrobat to evolve to allow files to be exported as pageless files, like a continuous scrolling eBook. The most efficient way to navigate this kind of pageless document is with "chapters" indicated by headers (H1, H2 etc). This would also encourage more people to learn the correct heading hierarchy. An emphasized scroll bar should indicate how far along you are in the document. Ideally, the reader should be able to increase font sizes, bookmark sections and add comments. To reduce confusion with PDFs designed for print, you can apply a file extension.PDFx or .PDFd
    If Acrobat supported this, it would encourage the most popular document editors to favour designing for screen reading.

    I've been thinking about a better way to backup my files for archiving. I had some issues with Google Docs - ironically the only way to really export them is as a Microsoft Word Doc or PDF... it's difficult to even move files between Google Drives (ownership is not transferable between gmail drive and a google workspace drive without making a copy of every file). If it was a regular file I could easily copy, move or back it up. I am considering moving towards using Markdown for my documentation, since they're small simple text files and the formatting tends to display well whether I need to export it as HTML or as a PDF. I've been sharing Google Docs with colleagues since it's a pageless format and the view is pretty clean, and quick to open and read. They're still confused how to save my document within their own folders. However, since my issues with managing Google Docs, I am considering using a Markdown editor instead. I still need to be able to share my documents with colleagues in an easily accessible format that isn't an actual webpage, so I might be stuck with PDF. I don't want to go back to Microsoft Word because it tends to force paged views when someone else opens the file, among other issues with versions. This is again an opportunity for Adobe to come up with a document system that looks like a scrolling webpage. A portable document that can be shared, browsed using tabs, sections, a TOC etc since almost everybody is already using Adobe Acrobat to open documents, I can see this type of web document being easily adopted.

15. Sending e-mail with Outlook or other standard e-mail programme

    Why is there no longer a direct way to send documents immediately with Outlook? This is a very bad UX experience. Not everyone wants or is allowed to use Adobe to send e-mails. This is not user-friendly.

16. Email Templates in Acrobat

    Our organization currently uses another PDF editor known as Bluebeam Revu, which has the ability to create email templates to quickly send out PDFs to certain vendors with pre-composed messages. This makes a task that would otherwise take 3 minutes per item, take only seconds.     Is there any way something similar can be developed for Acrobat? We are using 40+ email templates right now and losing that ability is going to create a lot of extra work.

17. Send for Shared Commenting Script Error

    We use the "Send for Shared Commenting" daily with review files hosted on a SharePoint site. Yesterday, it started acting up again like a month or so ago with script errors. It goes from saying our login credentials are invalid (untrue), to indicating our browser needs to be updated (what browser? we're in Acrobat), to not recognizing us when we literally just sent the PDF ourselves. The attached images show the various messages.

    This is a pain, because we can no longer see other people's feedback and this is causing project delays.

18. Send PDF as a file using email like the older versions of Adobe

    It's really simple, when you select share and email just have an option to send the actual file rather than a link no one can access. Just like in the old days when we could actually get work done using Adobe.

19. Bring back email pdf file

    In the latest version of Acrobat Pro, it looks like the ability to send a pdf as a file by email has been removed. This is a critical feature. When I receive a pdf invoice I send the file into my accounting software for archive and processing. I can't send my accounting software a link to the pdf, I need to send the actual file. Please bring this feature back.
