Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Your method for installing desktop apps is one of the worst things I've ever seen. The bouncing between browser windows, installation windows, and windows security is completely absurd. This is worse than office365, which is very hard to do.

  4. My Adobe Acrobat is not working with my Mac computer now that I have upgraded to Catalina and actually the version before Catalina too. When I click on a PDF, a popup appears to buy Adobe DC or try a 7-day trial. Then when i click out, it closes the PDF.

  8. The changes made to the E-sign document cloud webpage are horrible. I can no longer see what still needs to be signed, what has been signed, etc. This is a horribly designed web page now.

  9. This is the absolute clunkiest, confusing **** I've ever had to deal with!
    I thought I was in OneDrive and saving a document there. I did so hoping that it would be viewable at my home to avoid having to email it to myself. I'm trying to learn but Adobe is plaguing me at home on my home PC, on my company Computer with the DC program and still trying to gag me with DC trial basis when Ive paid and my agency has pain for new licenses.   11. every time I try to open a pdf, I get bounced out with the popup asking me to buy acrobat pro dc. I don't want it, can't afford it...this is so frustrating!

  12. every time i look at a file IT MOVES TO ANOTHER PLACE!!!, I need to know what I looked at it is like throwing darts at a moving target. JUST LIST THE FILES BY DATE AND LET ME MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT THEM. Thank you.

  18. Highlight function in Acrobat pro dc is horrible. I want to use more than one color to highlight - e.g. to identify common themes or code qualitative data. The multiple steps required to change the highlight color are time consuming, clumsy and annoying. Do you have a plan to fix this problem?

  20. HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.
