Unable to download or print PDF from Adobe cloud
If I cannot print or download the PDF document, then why should I store any document on Adobe cloud?
Nothing works. Do you even test your product?

pdf to word conversion is horrible
The conversion of PDF to word is horrible. The fonts gets missed and the logos gets missed. It looks to be waste of having bought this from you

Printing files converted to PPTx
When I go to print slides after conversion from PDF to PPtx, the option 'Print handouts 3 to a page does not work. I am forced to print one slide to a page!!

bad routing from acrobat to word for editing
I'm unable to edit a docx file in the word web application. When i click the 'edit in word' button, it opens a new tab that is unable to load with a few UI components briefly popping up and disappearing into the black background. Refreshing sends it back to the same acrobat page in a loop.

This program now is horrible to use
My Adobe Acrobat worked just fine until I got a new computer. Now it does nothing, only is so complicated to use. Why? Why don't my settings transfer to new computer?

SharePoint document viewer has bad accessibility
I'm a technical writer at the University of Missouri and it has come to my attention that the accessibility of this viewer is bad. A colleague using JAWS found that when trying to read a PDF in the viewer, JAWS could not identify headings, which is so important for navigating a document. When viewing the same document in Acrobat, there was no problem.

Search result columns on Adobe Acrobat Documents list
I have a bunch of adobe web forms on my websites. When I am looking at the Documents screen on Adobe Acrobat (acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements web page), it shows the recipients and the title. But when I am trying to search for a former recipient using the magnifying glass in the upper right, the search results don't show the recipient. Please make the columns on the search results the same as they are on the documents list.

Can't open desktop app
My desktop app keeps crashing. This keeps happening even after updating the app. If this keeps happening I will be forced to look for other apps to edit documents. I have Windows 10. I read that you are working on this issue back in May of this year. The web based version does not offer any tools to check the accessibility of a PDF file. At least I am not able to find it.

Having a option kind of reports to export the file info in a excel
What I feel is a major necessity as of now, is that I can't export the information of the docs shared for signature, in Excel.
It's tiring to search one by one doc shared after filtering for a month, but all information cannot be exported in an Excel file.1 vote -

On Adobe Acrobat web, if you have an unlicensed AKA FREE account, you can integrate 3rd party storage by going to Documents > OTHER STORAGE > ADD STORAGE. For my account, the options include OneDrive and Google Drive.
The moment I add an Acrobat Pro subscription to my account, this entire OTHER STORAGE section disappears.
I remove the subscription and the OTHER STORAGE comes back.I have tested this on the following operating systems and browsers in all combinations:

worked fine until I bought more licenses
I am getting very upset and looking at stopping my subscription...I got a couple licenses, now my adobe will not work...when I bring it up, I'm not signed in, then when I try to sign in, the app closes...I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to the same results...its starting to be not work it...how can I fix this?

Disable Adobe Cloud Storage permanently and/or make explicitly choosing opting in a requirement
Some sensitive documents were inadvertently moved to your cloud storage because there is no clear way to disable this. The recent TOS controversy makes it clear that Adobe's cloud services are not safe for users, but that this happens automatically and is opt-out (rather than opt-in) indicates that Adobe prefers having access to users' sensitive documents.
This is completely unacceptable and that I am now finding documents stored on Adobe cloud that I DID NOT OPT TO UPLOAD is an enormous privacy violation.
You NEED to make it clearer and easier how one can disable Adobe Cloud access and ensure…

bad technical team and customer service team
I had a very bad experience with your technical team by spending an hour still cant resolve the issue of my downloading your software on my laptop. Hence I have decided not to use your software and wanted to refund and cancel my subscription
And your team member is super unhelpful. I just want to cancel my subcription and refund since I just subscribed it TODAY.
Your this customer service keep putting my onhold for checking, which I had no idea what else to check since I already said I do not want to continue.
