Increase Usability & Convenience
Allow a single document, such as a Conflict of Interest form, to be sent to multiple recipients, but each recipient signs their own, individual form that is returned to the sender. So, if I send the Conflict of Interest form to 25 board members, I get back 25 emails, one from each board member, with the signed form; I end up with 25 individual signed Conflict of Interest forms.

extra features
when I open a scanned pdf I want the option of changing its name rather than going through the process of opening it to see what it is then having to close it again before I can change its name. I want to be able to download a batch of scanned pdfs not to combine them but to choose a batch of pdfs and download them as separate pdf files

unacceptable limitations on settings
I don't have access to most of the account settings I was expecting to see, such as Global Settings and Data Governance. I only have "Personal Preferences" "Account settings" (which is limited to 3 drop down items) and "Privacy". Is this limited for my paid subscription since I don't have the enterprise version? If so, this wasn't made clear to me before I subscribed. Confused and frustrated.

Disappointed
By actually telling the truth if something is free or not. Going to compress my files with a truly free program. Not everyone has a bunch of money to spend on software. Adobe products are not affordable whatsoever...

Customer support took forever
I was on the support chat for 110 minutes to accomplish only the following:
1) Why can't I prepare web forms?
2) You don't have the right license
3) What license do I need? ....
4) send me to several support folks
5) finally get to sales
6) Oh wait you need business sales
7) Finally purchase the license.
8) now we need to send you to someone in cancellation
9) Well I can't cancel the license without your primary admin emailing us.
10) Who's that? We have two system admins, including me. Shouldn't I be able to do this?…1 vote -

Hi - I have a new Surface Pro X Professional. When will the desktop version of Adobe work on this system? I have a great deal of use for Acrobat Pro desktop - but obviously cannot use it right now.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
hier muss ein Fehler vorliege -
ich habe mein Probeabo fristgemäß gekündigt uns nun trotzdem zwei Rechnungen erhalten.
Nur zufällig habe ich gerade gesehen, dass trotz der Kündigung das Abo verlängert wurde und habe daraufhin erneut gekündigt.Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung für den Monat Januar und Februar. Ich habe das Progamm nur während der Probezeit kurz ausprobiert und dann nie wieder benutzt.

OCR Not Working on Large Documents
Acrobat Pro DC for Windows (21.001.20138).
Acrobat will not OCR entire large documents (i.e., 500-1000) pages. It will OCR a couple dozen pages then stop, as if the OCR process is complete. No error messages or anything. However, the vast majority of the pages in the document remain unsearchable / not OCR-ed.
BUT, if I scroll to one of the pages that was not OCR-ed, and choose to OCR just that page (as opposed to the entire document), OCR works for that page. This has only become an issue with the most recent version(s) of Acrobat Pro.

Frustration!
How can you improve this? You can fire the person who decided it was a good idea to make it seemingly impossible to delete a gotdamn file? How do I delete?! Why isn't this simple and intuitive?! Please call someone from Apple to help.

Adobe apps should be in Mac App Store.
Adobeのアプリを、WebサイトからではなくMac App Storeで配布してほしいです。利用者としては、野良アプリのインストールにはいくらAdobeのサイトといえど躊躇せざるを得ませんし、偽物が出回ってしまう可能性もあるのではないでしょうか。安心してインストールができる、現在のシステムよりも簡単にアップデートができるApp Storeでアプリを配布してください。

When you unshare a document from document cloud please don't get rid of the functionality to download comments with your documents.

Installation wonder!
When I'm installing the desktop version og Acrobat, why do you always assume I have gazillion bytes of space there!?! I install all my programs onto a secondary disk where all my programs are installed. When I started your installation file, it just started installing it without giving me an option to chose the location! I am on a normal Windows workstation, not using a stupid Apple Macintosh device!

RIPPED OFF
I paid 21.99 AUD on the 10/2/21 and then changed my plan to the basic version today - expecting I would still have the rest of the month on the old plan BECAUSE I HAVE PAID FOR IT. I want my money refunded and taken out WHEN THE OLD PLAN HAS BEEN USED!
