4. complaint

   Why do I have to sign into the account everyday? Somedays it still says the subscription has not been activated or expired when IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! Please let me know if there is a setting that I do not have to be annoyed with this everyday.

   Make clear walk-thru's which are up-to-date.

9. Compressing Files

   I'm not sure why but my Adobe Acrobat will not compress a pdf. It gets half way done and then gives me an error message.

11. Accidental deletion

    When you click the three dots to the right of the file (download, create, delete, combine, etc.) you have the download and delete right next to each other. Do you know how many times I have accidently deleted a file when trying to download it? There is also no undo or trash that you can retrieve a file you accidently delete. Can you please either move the download and delete buttons, away from each other. Or allow an option to undo, or restore from the trash, or a pop up that says "Are you sure you want to delete this item?" Just something that help prevent accidently deleting a file. I really appreciate you taking the time to read this, thank you in advance!

12. Not working for conversion of pdf to docx

    Converting pdf to docx is not working at all. I've tried several files and application will not convert. I have online Adobe Acrobat. I have a subscription.

    There is no option to contact an email address or phone number for Adobe and the help is just a series of links. This is terrible customer service.

    I stated with a free trial and was late in cancelling so I accepted the first monthly payment and went into my account and cancelled the plan. I have just been charged a second month and I would request a refund.

16. Bulk-downloads of pdfs fail to download

    I have problems with bulk-downloading the pdfs. The limit on the number of files which can be zipped together is the minor issue. The major one is that when I select a smaller range of files and click "Download" the system seems to react (the files become unselected...) as if it was zipping the files, but nothing gets downloaded.
    I use Safari on macOS Catalina 10.15.6

17. Hidden charges for a product I never wanted

    You are greedy money-grubbers who don't care about making users' experience easy and optimal, but rather care about lining your pockets with guaranteed fees. I didn't even KNOW I was being charged fifteen dollars a month for Acrobat (remember the days when Acrobat was free?) and when I went to cancel my "subscription" I had to pay more... I should be able to purchase your programs ONCE and then not have to deal with logging in, subscriptions or any other garbage. Terrible, terrible. I hope you all get replaced in the future by a superior model, but sadly it seems optimal and easy are not what tech is going for nowadays, just more ways to convince people they need to keep upgrading even though the way things work is good. So discouraging. I hope someone at the top reclaims the mountains of disowned shame around how things run at Adobe and does something.

19. OCR PDF

    How to add OCR to an existing PDF? Should we be able to export PDF to PDF with OCR? Or should OCR be added auto-magically to all uploaded PDFs if requested (select all pdfs > edit > perform OCR)?

    I don't want to export to docx. I want a pdf.
