For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. i’m so sorry I had to disconnect from our conversation concerning your offer. However, I am still not able to do this. I have just retired and now going through several medical procedures that is keeping me pretty broke so adobe unless it is free or five dollars a month which I know is ridiculous is not going to help me at this time.   2. Acrobat Pro on Windows 10 is not working. Internet Explorer 11 support has ended and this keeps causing issues with logging in via the Windows program. The browser window to sign in never launches, making it impossible to use the software. Please fix!

  4. I want to cancel the order, and it is impossible to do it, as one cannot find the function anywhere in your page. I just changed the billing info, and want to cancel and get the payment back!

  5. Hi there, I just called in to cancel a recurring adobe charge for a terminated employee; I called this #408-536-600. I had to call three different times before I could get someone able to help me. The first two times I called, Rhea was the one who answered and she was extremely careless and unhelpful. I have a recording of my experience and can share if you want.   6. Wow, you guys really suck. You say you give a free converter that will convert a jpg to pdf and you let me convert two, then asked me to sign up for an account to continue. You ask the really abusive question of what is my birthday, then as soon as I give you all my information, I still can't convert anymore files unless I pay. Total scam artists don't win customers.

  7. Stop being deceptive. Google result wasE"dit PDFs with a free online PDF editor | Adobe Acrobat" Created acct, uploaded file, tried to edit and find out I have to PAY! As far as I'm concerned, you're right up there with all the other scammers on the internet. Now I can't even find out how to delete the document that I can't edit but don't want to leave in your possession since you obviously can't be trusted.

  10. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

  17. Please do not purchase Adobe. Its a dodgy process that just saps time. I initially had an assistant (A person) that helped, suddenly my whole package "expired" its areal scam. No one answers your call for help.

  20. I purchased Adobe acrobat Standard to edit my PDF files. After I downloaded it only to find out that if I want to edit I have to purchase the pro version. Very disappointed. I cancelled my purchase.
