  2. Why can't I use the free pdf to xls converter ?

    Hi, I just want to convert pdf's I received because the provider left me no other option (rather had . csv format).

    Why am I stuck now without the free converter but are pushed to some subscription ? WTF happened to the 'free converter' ?

    Blè. Better start hiring more programmers than lawyers, marketeers and psychologists to provide better ADDED VALUE people REALLY need.

  3. Adobe Pro not accessible

    Accessing Adobe Pro is much harder under this format and when you do connect it doesn't work as well. I have always liked Adobe products, but I am at the point that I would recommend that people avoid them.

    Merci pour le temps precieux que vous me faites gagner avec vos telechargements publicitaires a la con ! Je viens d acheter un module pour convertir des factures pdf en xls cela semble marcher selon vos dires mais a ce jour je n'arrrive meme pas a ouvrir mon application de bureau sans etre emmerder par une de vos offres de merde adobe acrobat pro comme si le fait que je vous ai payer 20 € ne vous convenait et que vous tentiez de m enculer avec vos propositions de migration a une offre a 20 € par mois ! je…

  7. impossible to cancel a free trial

    I have tried numerous times to cancel a free trial and it seems to be virtually impossible to do.

  8. Awful service

    I pay for the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack subscription annually and even when signed in, often can't use it. It's really clunky and difficult to find how to use it. I keep getting redirected to a page asking to join a free trial, when I've already paid. Awful service for what I pay each year - please sort.

  9. My act says I have access to online pdf conversion

    You lied in my account it says I have web adobe acrobat (18 apps included in my account) the description says pdfs converted. No limits not trial etc. I am very unhappy with adobe right now!

  10. Can't tell what tools my subscription contains.

    Yesterday I looked at your site about the tools I had available in my subscription prior to renewal. I checked and came to the conclusion that it had what I needed, the ability to turn a Microsoft doc to a pdf. Now I try to do it and the site wants me to upgrade. Why bother, I'll just send a jpeg! Wow, next screen, with options to cancel subscriptions, indicates you run into this problem frequently.

  11. Adobe Pro disparu

    Qu'est devenu Adobe Acrobat Pro pour lequel j'avais une clé de sécurité il y a environ 4 ans ? Il n'était pas question d'abonnement alors !! Adobe devient cher et ces abonnements ne sont que du vol !

  12. Cancel Plan

    I got the impression this was free from adobe but after signing in it said 7 day trial.?

    Is this a trial program or free to use.? If it is a trial program, please end my trial as I would not use this often enough to pay for.

  14. Sugerencia: Suscripción de un día o similar

    Hola, sugiero que vendáis suscripciones premium de 1 día o similares, de un precio así bajito, porque yo mismo pagaría en ocasiones un poquito para editar cuatro cosas y quizás mucha gente se animaría, que es un palo hacer cosas raras y peligrosas en internet para conseguir editar un pdf, etc. Por favor, pensándlo, a mí almenos me vendría muy bien y creo que se podría convencer a mucha gente.

  17. Adobe is hard to use

    I hate Adobe. I travel and are always having to log out of one and log into another. Then, disable pro so I can use reader. It is the mots clumsy progrram I use.
