Cancel my subscription
Please cancel my subscription to Acrobat DC. I have entered my cancellation in several places but it is very difficult to find out if it is being acknowledged. Please respond to charlotte.vogelmann@gmail.com that my subscription has been canceled.

Help to cancel free 7 day trial
I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

sanctions, but I don't live there
I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).

Wish I did not open the account
Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

bug with free trial
started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.

Very difficult to cancel trial plan
It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/8833022 votes -
Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

My administrator has created and paid for my account and I can not access the account. It is a continual challenge with this account. Unacceptable.

Indien ik een pdf wil openen, wordt deze automatisch geopend op een Adobe Acrobat pagina die de melding geeft : uw proef abonnement is verlopen sluit een abonnement af ! ECHTER : IK BESCHIK OVER EEN ACCOUNT MET BETAALD ABBONEMENT !!! WAAROM WORDT EEN PDF NIET DIRECT IN DE PAGINA VAN MIJN ( BETAALDE) ACCOUNT GEOPEND ??? Cancel & Refund Subscription
I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.
Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.
If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.
There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

Can you make it harder to update adobe apps?
I have a new MacBook pro and perhaps adobe could make it more impossible to update apps and make sure adobe products actually work. Honestly, I'm a few minutes away from terminating a 15 year relationship with adobe, complete BS on how difficult you make this.

Unacceptable cancellation fee
Absolutely unacceptable to charge cancellation fee, especially considering the electronic signature (using a USG Common Access Card) did not work. I'll never use Adobe again.

Why won't you exclusively show me the services that are included in my plan?
I click on "Access Services" from my account and I often click on something that is listed under "My Services" that requires me to upgrade my account to use it.
