Cancel my subscription
Please cancel my subscription to Acrobat DC. I have entered my cancellation in several places but it is very difficult to find out if it is being acknowledged. Please respond to charlotte.vogelmann@gmail.com that my subscription has been canceled.

Very difficult to cancel trial plan
It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/8833022 votes -
Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

My administrator has created and paid for my account and I can not access the account. It is a continual challenge with this account. Unacceptable.

Indien ik een pdf wil openen, wordt deze automatisch geopend op een Adobe Acrobat pagina die de melding geeft : uw proef abonnement is verlopen sluit een abonnement af ! ECHTER : IK BESCHIK OVER EEN ACCOUNT MET BETAALD ABBONEMENT !!! WAAROM WORDT EEN PDF NIET DIRECT IN DE PAGINA VAN MIJN ( BETAALDE) ACCOUNT GEOPEND ??? Help to cancel free 7 day trial
I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

Can't get my Adobe to work.
Ordering for an old guy (80) that doesn't understand a whole lot of today's Hi-Tech jargon is a bit daunting. I've used Adobe for years with good success, but lately I can't seem to get my subscription to your software to work properly, and that is disappointing.
Talking to my with technical jargon is like me asking you how to set the valve lifters on a 1948 Flathead Mercury V-8 (I know how to do that) LoL.

Product disappeared--billing still active
My Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro disappeared, along with all my Recent File History. I've worked for about 2 hours trying to get it going again. One screen says I paid my monthly subs 2 weeks ago (for 5 years!) and another screen says "no active subscription". I can access the Web App, but its slow and its recent files stop 3 months ago. Acrobat and Adobe is the most frustrating **** softwarae I've ever tried to use.
I have a business profile and a personal profile. I have an Acrobat Pro subscription on my business profile, but no matter what I do, anytime I try to access adobe, it takes me to my personal profile and I can't use what I'm paying for. pfreeman99@yahoo.com is my email.

Annoyed user trying to cancel
I am trying to cancel a free membership which is contunially charging me when I have no account. I have been trying to contact customer support all day and am getting frustrated as I need to find out what I can do to stop this.
Very unhelpful as I keep being disconnected with no warning and am unsure what to do.
Will think twice before using these products again

I've uninstalled Acrobat Reader on MacOS only to realize later that there is an uninstaller I need to use (why?). The only option I see is to purchase a subscription for Acrobat DC just to be able to download the uninstaller. This is absurd.

Package not working
My Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack indicates I have the ability to edit text in pdf and yet when I try to access this tool, it sends me to a page to purchase another package. Please advise.
