For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I tried to cancel my subscription on Plans page, but there is no plan. However the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application shows : 2 days left in trial.

  4. I am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe.

    Kindly advise and cancel my subscription if any.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We can see active subscription on the user via which you added the post in User forum. If you would like to discontinue the subscription purchased, please follow below steps -


    Check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

    For the charges that occurred from your credit card, please get in touch with our billing team to get this checked. You may connect with the team via the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or may reach out via phone using…

  5. You can improve service by not charging people who actually did not use your product!!! I bought your monthly subscription, but it did not serve the purpose. There was no point in me continuing to pay monthly for a product I did not need. Instead, I had to pay 100+ USD not to use it. Absolute joke

  9. Your Chat feature is awful. The AI is useless and the person who ultimately joined was less helpful and then left the confirmation before there was a resolution.

    I've paid for a subscription that isn't working and cannot get any help. Shameful.

  10. Qu'est devenu Adobe Acrobat Pro pour lequel j'avais une clé de sécurité il y a environ 4 ans ? Il n'était pas question d'abonnement alors !! Adobe devient cher et ces abonnements ne sont que du vol !

  11. I used to live in russia. That was, thankfully, a long time ago. Since then I became an Irish citizen and live in Ireland. I wanted to use the Adobe service but the website shows me it cannot process a request for a free trial as if I'm still in russia. that would be tragic. Please consider giving users an option if they are not in the sanctioned countries. I donate money to Ukraine. Probably I registered an Adobe account a long time ago when I used to live there (>10 years ago).

  12. Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

  13. started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.

  16. It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric

  17. The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..
    being transferred to multiple different people, getting different answers that don't solve the problem. explaining the issue over and over to multiple different people. I'm still waiting to find a solution to my problem and have 2 support tickets open 883306/883302

  18. when I try to open acrobat, reader opens instead. is this an issue with licensing? I have a pro subsription that should give me access to acrobat.

  19. I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.
