Hi there, I just called in to cancel a recurring adobe charge for a terminated employee; I called this #408-536-600. I had to call three different times before I could get someone able to help me. Adobe is a scam artist
Wow, you guys really suck. You say you give a free converter that will convert a jpg to pdf and you let me convert two, then asked me to sign up for an account to continue. You ask the really abusive question of what is my birthday, then as soon as I give you all my information, I still can't convert anymore files unless I pay. Total scam artists don't win customers.

Stop being deceptive. Google result wasE"dit PDFs with a free online PDF editor | Adobe Acrobat" Created acct, uploaded file, tried to edit and find out I have to PAY! As far as I'm concerned, you're right up there with all the other scammers on the internet. Now I can't even find out how to delete the document that I can't edit but don't want to leave in your possession since you obviously can't be trusted.

Dear Adobe,
I forgot to cancel my subscription after using the trial version. Now, when I cancel, it demands a cancellation fee from me. The fee was deducted from my card even though I did not use it last month. I want to cancel my subscription for free. Sincerely

Terrible support system
The Support experience over the past 2 days has been like a dog chasing his tail..

this program is a huge step backward from Adobe 11. Where are the Annotations? I can't find them. And what does "this is an empty file" mean for ***** sake? It's a file printed to pdf...how can that be empty.

reader opens instead of acrobat
when I try to open acrobat, reader opens instead. is this an issue with licensing? I have a pro subsription that should give me access to acrobat.

Complaint
Please do not purchase Adobe. Its a dodgy process that just saps time. I initially had an assistant (A person) that helped, suddenly my whole package "expired" its areal scam. No one answers your call for help.

Disappointed
I purchased Adobe acrobat Standard to edit my PDF files. After I downloaded it only to find out that if I want to edit I have to purchase the pro version. Very disappointed. I cancelled my purchase.

Tried to cancel, offered free, and now can't cancel without cancellation fee
I feel like I was tricked into this subscription. I tried to cancel in September and was offered 3 months free. I received no notice that the three months were up and find that if I cancel today December 7th (apparently December 6th was the 'cut-off'), I will be charged 80 buck cancellation fee. This makes me want to cancel all of my subscriptions both Acrobat and Lightroom at this point.

Disappointed in service
I'm writing to protest your outrageous fee increase. The monthly subscription went up by 25%!
I don't see how you justify this. If there is another option besides Adobe, I will gladly cancel my account.
